Life-Changing App & Amazing Trainer
I use this app to stay on track with my diet and it has helped me stay consistent in a way nothing else has. The personal training is next level she’s so educated, supportive, and really knows what she’s doing. And honestly, the best way to know a trainer is legit is to look at their own discipline, and she’s super fit, so I trust her completely. Highly recommend!
