App closes by itself
I like the setting where you can turn on the human detection only and keep the motion detection off . Very helpful so it won’t record every motion like the Chinese camera but when I try to add my own alarm sound the app closes by itself and won’t let me add my own alarm. Please fix that and put that in your description ( you can turn on human detection only) you’ll sell a lot of these cameras.

App & cameras
This app is great, love the cameras. We have 3 As long as WiFi reaches each camera they work fine. We added an extra router to get all 3 to work well. You can see at night without having the light on, our back yard is pitch black and we can see clear. I like being able to turn off/on the light even when I am away from home. We replaced 2 of our old security lights with these light cameras.

So I’ve been using this camera for over a year. I’ve gone thru 3. User error. I see everyone’s negative reviews and can’t help but agree with them. Unfortunately that’s not why I left one star. After playing with it over time, I was able to Taylor the camera settings to my liking. It works fine. Records fine, clear picture, and the light bulbs really bright. The reason why it got 1 star is because the android app, which is the phones use the most, doesn’t have features that iOS has. Which I don’t use a lot. So if the android app gets the bugs fixed, I’ll change to a 5 star. Truly I love this product.

Says I had to set my phone to 2.4 ghz

Lots of issues
Been through many cameras. Just for them to keep breaking. The app never works. You can leave your house and the cameras are offline till you get back home Very scary when you need to keep a look out for danger even if the cameras aren’t offline the app says it’s disconnected that’s just insane. There no update on the app to make sure your cameras are in working order. I have to look for different cameras so my home is protected do not buy. Only

These are absolute junk. Refuses to connect to my WiFi, even placed it in a lamp right next to it, NOPE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
No notifications
I can’t get the app to send notifications unless I’m actually using the it.

No notifications no customer service
I can’t get the notifications to work with IOS and there is basically no way to get ahold of anyone at the company. These are pretty much useless without the notifications. Very annoying. I did a lot of work to install four of these on my property.
STOP RIGHT NOW AND RETURN IT!!!
Do not trust this device for your personal or family’s safety. It’s not user friendly it’s not tech savvy it’s not a well developed product in any sense of the term. It deletes any information more than a day old the light comes on every time it detects an event like a back yard strobe light. That feature defeats the night vision and alerts anyone to its location. It’s an awful product backed up by an awful app.

Honestly it is very complicated to install through app.
It is very, very difficult to make an account scanning a barcode and going through the App Store get the app in once I put it all the information and go through the process. It says it’s Gmail address have already account and I’m confused my first I’m using this else could make it so I tried four different emails and all of them are showing issues problem but not getting into into the account. It’s it’s very very bad software that they chose.

It won’t record all the time, Eve though I sad card. It will also not save any date passed 24 hrs, and it won’t give you notifications. It worked good at the beginning, but now it doesn’t.

Went from Bad to Worse
The already complicated process to "View & Download Motion Events" which downloads 30 sec clips stopped working, just sits at 0%. The app frequently claims the "Device is Offline" one minute, then re-connects when nothing changed.
Doesn’t let you get into app error code 1107 makes no sense

This update took away the home page ability to turn light on and off. Without that function I will get another product
Great app and camera with bulb. I have more experience camera which don’t have the same capability
The pan and zoom, the microphone, alarm setting and 360 degree rotation and a lot more are awesome feature for the prices
