Each event in a load, rate-con offered, rate-con agreed, at pickup, BOL signed, GPS pings in transit, at delivery, POD signed, is hashed and chained to the one before it. Edit one event and every later hash breaks. The chain is checked hourly. - Sealed records that hold up. Final BOLs and PODs are PAdES-signed PDFs with RFC 3161 trusted timestamps. Latitude, longitude, accuracy, and source are part of the hashed input for the BOL-signed and POD-signed events. Moving a single coordinate after the fact breaks the chain at that link, and the chain names the broken event. - Carriers earn reputation on-chain. Reputation is computed from sealed events: on-time delivery rate, completed sealed POD count, months active. New carriers start at zero and build a public, recomputable track record.
