Great conference app with small wrinkles
I’ve used the app for multiple conferences and it has been really useful and mostly easy to use. Finding and contacting interesting people, scheduling meetings and events, getting reminded of upcoming ones and finding your way around the venue all works great!
However, there are a few significant obstacles left that prevent the app from being a perfectly seamless and helpful experience.
The first is that when scheduling a meeting with someone, you can’t see your current booking schedule side-by-side. Thus, you always have to navigate around in the app multiple times between your schedule and the person’s free time slots to find a fitting meeting time. Helpful would be an indicator where you both have time and where not. Even more ideally would be a vertical time axis where your booked slots are grey blocks. Viewing your timeline side by side with the timeline of whom you’re meeting would be an awesome intuitive way to schedule meeting times. :)
The second obstacle is that when booking a meeting with someone, the invite message doesn’t show in your Messages tab. Trying to find it when say reviewing what you wanted to ask the person just before a meeting requires navigating to notifications, finding the invite or meeting-accepted notification, then navigating further towards the invite messages itself. Only if the other person responds to your invite message, does it appear under Messages. It’d be much more convenient. If invite messages directly appeared in the messages list. That’s anyway the place where I keep track of all my contacts and what interactions we had. Invite messages and chat messages don’t need to be a separate thing.
The third obstacle relates to the first one:
The issue is that when looking at the conference Agenda or My Schedule, the view is only a list of blocks with timestamps.
For planning a conference day, a visual timeline (where you can directly see how large the space is are between events) gives a lot quicker and more convenient overview of the day. It helps you better plan when you e.g. should keep timeslots free for a break, and makes it much easier to see where you still have time to for more meetings, where gaps between events can be filled and so and. Also, when dealing with multiple events of different time lengths, such a timeline makes all that info much easier to digestible and actionable, Helping you plan your conference day faster and better.
Previously, I had to manually copy events to my calendar to see that convenient over. Nowadays, it's possible to export already scheduled events to your calendar. Though it would still be more convenient to not have to switch apps all the time and also to see unscheduled events in that timeline view.
The fourth obstacle is small but often noticeable: In Messages and Notifications tabs, the view only refreshes upon a manual pulling gesture. It can sometimes lead to small irritations with inconsistent displays, or missing a notification/message for a while due to the view not auto refreshing like normal chat apps do. If auto-refreshing isn’t a burdensome aspect to implement, then that little detail would already contribute quite a bit to this app feeling more smooth and seamless.
The fifth obstacle and final obstacle is that the meeting locations aren’t connected to the venue map. When booking a meeting or walking towards it, you can’t click on the location and get a view of the venue map to see where it is and where you need to go. You can still move back and forth to the venue map and memorize locations but that’s still a point of friction.
I hope this detailed feedback from a long time user of your app is helpful to making it even better. Conferences are often hectic and high-value events, where an app's seamlessness and ease of use directly contributes to how much value the all the attendees get out of it.
Keep up your good work and I'm looking forward to an even more seamless conference experience next year! :)
Overall, I'm very thankful for this app's existence. It has enabled so much over the past years.

The most frustrating experience I ever had with conference apps
You can’t find anything and do nothing without spending minutes trying to figure out where it’s hidden
Create 2026
Not a great app. either they have Swapcard or the create 2026 change their format. It is extremely difficult to get this on my iPad and my iPhone in full screen. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had this problem with other create events that I have done I don’t know what changed and it’s extremely frustrating.. I did follow the steps from both companies and still I can’t get this on Chrome ridiculous.

Scanned all those prospects for nothing
Where are all the people I scanned? They are not in the App. There is no icon indicating where to view prospects I Scanned with this App. Disappointed
App does not work, no green button on my app although I have the home/bell/?/me
No support from SIAL to get this solved
