Needs new coding?
It’s such a nightmare to just scroll up and down the page without a new element reloading every 5 seconds and the page layout jumping too much. Then there’s how the favorites are set up: you should be able to favorite something and it not push you to a new page every single time. Think of that as a quick shop button/setup. Filtering is a pain as well as you need to try adding the filters in while it crashes then loads. The weird thing too is I have these same issues when looking at it on a computer or tablet and it’s like it on multiple different web browsers as well.
I love Sigma as a brand but this app needs reworking. Big time.

Ok, so the app is easy to navigate and fast and blah blah blah. Frankly, I’m just so excited that Sigma has an app now! My bank account will not be.
Lightening Fast
I used to be so anti shopping apps but somehow within the past year it’s solely been the way I shop. This app works at lightening speed and is extremely user friendly.

Easy to navigate
Super easy to navigate and very responsive. Sigma has a lot of brushes, but still easily found just what I was looking for.
No back button
App needs a lot of improvement. There is no way to go back when something is out of stock.

Horrible
I love the products but the app isn’t my cup of tea. It doesn’t load correct and is all over the place. Signed me out when I didn’t sign out. Seriously, they need to fix this app.
Slow just like the website, not user friendly.
It's heinously slow, takes forever to load through the pages.
It's not user friendly - when you add to your cart (again that takes forever to load), it takes you back to the top of the page rather than where you had left off. Very very annoying for the user/buyer.

Horrible everything
This app is total garbage. It has so many bugs I can't stand using it. Not to mention everything I try to look for and buy using this app is conveniently missing whenever I search for it and in the products place is some outrageously priced piece of crap product that in no way was related to what I was looking for. Do not get this app unless you enjoy being frustrated

It stays frozen, doesn't save my cart. Don't recommend. Already ordered morphee brushes with no problems! :)
Horrible App
Seemingly easy to navigate at first glance, but not responsive at all. Does not load properly and would no save any filters for searching. Even with high speed connectivity the app would not work well.

Horrible Mobile App and Site
I tried to navigate the site using safari on my iPad and the layout kept overlapping, it wouldn't save my order or my cart after logging in. So I moved on to try do something different, like update my address book for shipping and still had overlap issues and clicking "save" did nothing! So I downloaded the app thinking that would yield a better result, but it was exactly the same! Too bad I can't order from an iPad via safari or the app!

Faulty app
The app keeps crashing and won't let me get past the delivery address page during checkout. The products are amazing but don't waste your time on the app. Just go directly to the website.
I can't access anything
I can open the app but when I try to select a category to view items nothing happens. I haven't been able to use it since I downloaded it

I gave one star because I'm rating the app. I really like sigma brushes but they desperately need to do something about their app. It takes forever to load, crashes ever minute or so, and skips back to the opening screen when shopping. Until they work on the app I suggest just using the regular online store in a browser.

App crashes on my iPhone 6S. Love the brand but the app constantly doesn't load or kicks me out of the page I was looking and takes a while to load. 😕 hopefully there will be an update soon! ❤️❤️
Love the brushes...the app is ok!
The app takes a very long time to load, which makes it a bit frustrating to look at the notifications. The browsing can be a bit cumbersome too.
At least the brushes are worth the hassle! I love every product I've ever gotten from Sigma, and the customer service is out of this world!
