I have been a member of the Signal Financial FCU for over twenty years and they have not failed me yet! From terminal illnesses to divorce to retirement ALL the staff provides OUTSTANDING service! No matter what the issue is they answer expeditiously and professionally. There has NEVER been a long wait for anything. If the system is down there is a recorded message telling you that they are working on the issue, and if you can not get through the main line due to system issues you can email or use mobile banking. The service is OUTSTANDING, and so is the staff and that is a testament to how the management leads! ❤️

Only for homosexuals
They lock your card anytime you leave your city. If you’re in New York City they lock your card. Not worth it. They don’t give out loans. They freeze cards for no reason. Trash outdated “2010 esque” faculty. 0/10.
“Transactions “ watch dog more active
When new technology systems were upgraded not all the functionality were active; now are see the difference. Every little purchases are triggered on my cellphone. That is great; that’s how it should be.
Why are you closing all your branches???
This is terrible customer service. What is the benefits of staying with you?

This new app is easy to use and I can consolidate all my accounts. Very nice.
