Multiple times now I’m logged out and need to go through all sorts of loopholes to get my account back. Seems to be more hassle than help

Every other time I try to e sign a document - sign easy says the document is in a format it doesn’t recognize. Even on some pdf’s. It’s aweful
I would have given this 5 stars, but pretty upset about shady upgrade tactics!
I have been using this service for several years now. While I’ve have limited issues minus a few issues when they have rolled out new updates over the years it’s been pretty good overall. They recently asked if I would like to upgrade from my monthly package I’ve had for years to a year subscription. I agreed and paid for the year. Once I did this, they immediately blocked me from using the document signature and requiring I pay for an additional year of their pro service for $179 on top of the $99 I just paid for a year of the service I had been using for years. This is very shady business tactic and is going to cause me to switch providers along with I just reported it to Apple.

Use with caution and patience
Rubbish wasted 2hours of my time never copied to all pages and failed to save multiple times, never would pay some much for something some unuseful
Better and more cost effective
I had some issues with Docusign after having used them for years. They seemed unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution to the problem so I went searching for another platform. I’m glad I came across SignEasy… it has been great! Simple to use either from the phone or laptop, and more cost friendly than the other place.

Easy says it all
Great application for those on the go and can't be tied to a laptop with adobe pro. This makes signing and going fun and easy. Saves time and printing hard copies. Great for every office or professional that isn't looking to burn up your last bit of toner on a doc to sign, scan and email back.

I’ve been using SignEasy for almost a year now, and I am still impressed! I work with clients (USRNs) around the world, so I need a reliable digital signature solution that makes international document signing easy. This app has made the whole process surprisingly simple and stress-free.

I needed to sign a pdf. Works well and very easy and intuitive to use. But for a non-professional use it’s way too expensive.
