Since the beginning it’s always been an awesome product. Can’t tell you how many docs I’ve processed with ease. I highly recommend SignEasy for its valuable asset as the best tool in your digital toolbox!

Doesn’t work at all
All you can do is import a document. There is no way to edit or sign or interact with it in any way.
Stealing my money
Do not purchase this unless you are certain you want to pay for it until you die and also afterword. They have Apple deal with all subscriptions and refunds. If you need a refund, they will simply email you, tell you to talk to Apple (which we all know is absolutely impossible), and then close your ticket. This is such a bad faith way of doing business. I have gotten zero help, they don’t care about any issues you will have, they just want to extract a bit of wealth from anyone unfortunate enough to think to sign up for this.

Every other time I try to e sign a document - sign easy says the document is in a format it doesn’t recognize. Even on some pdf’s. It’s aweful
I would have given this 5 stars, but pretty upset about shady upgrade tactics!
I have been using this service for several years now. While I’ve have limited issues minus a few issues when they have rolled out new updates over the years it’s been pretty good overall. They recently asked if I would like to upgrade from my monthly package I’ve had for years to a year subscription. I agreed and paid for the year. Once I did this, they immediately blocked me from using the document signature and requiring I pay for an additional year of their pro service for $179 on top of the $99 I just paid for a year of the service I had been using for years. This is very shady business tactic and is going to cause me to switch providers along with I just reported it to Apple.

Use with caution and patience
Rubbish wasted 2hours of my time never copied to all pages and failed to save multiple times, never would pay some much for something some unuseful
Better and more cost effective
I had some issues with Docusign after having used them for years. They seemed unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution to the problem so I went searching for another platform. I’m glad I came across SignEasy… it has been great! Simple to use either from the phone or laptop, and more cost friendly than the other place.
