About

Every notarization deserves a clean record. Signet is a notary journal built for how notaries actually work: one entry per act, in order, on your phone. LOG EVERY ACT IN SECONDS • Sequential entry numbers, date and time filled in for you • Act type: acknowledgment, jurat, oath or affirmation, signature witnessing, copy certification and more • Document type and date, signer name and address • How you identified the signer: personally known, credible witness or ID document type and issuer. Signet never asks for full ID numbers, which several states prohibit recording. • Fee, travel fee, location and notes • The signer signs right on the screen KNOWS YOUR STATE Pick your state when you start and Signet shows its rules: whether a journal is required, whether electronic journals are allowed, how long to keep records, thumbprint guidance and what happens to the journal when your commission ends. All 50 states and DC, each with a link to the Secretary of State. Where your state requires a paper journal, Signet says so plainly and works as your companion record and fee tracker. A RECORD YOU CAN STAND BEHIND Entries are never deleted. A mistaken entry is voided with a reason and stays in the journal, so the sequence is never broken. That is the point of a notary journal. FEES AND RENEWALS • Monthly fee totals and a count by act type • Reminders 30 days and 7 days before your commission expires • Export your journal as CSV when a court, employer or Secretary of State asks for it PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Your journal stays on your device. Try everything free for 21 days. After that, Signet Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Signet is a record-keeping tool, not legal advice. Notary rules change, so always confirm current requirements with your Secretary of State.
