I live away from my Signet, but being able to do most anything on line there is awesome! If I need to talk to someone on chat or on the phone, I always get friendly, professional treatment! Thank you all!
Doesn’t Work Anymore
I have an older iPhone that won’t take the newest iOS update, so this mandatory app update prevents me from using an app I use to love. In my opinion they shouldn’t eliminate previous user access simply because the user saves money by keeping a perfectly good phone and not upgrading.
Car loan

Simple even for a Boomer.
Used to love this
I used to love signet but now I fear it may be a failing institution:( they closed my local branch so I have to drive 45 minutes to get to a location. I thought I could make do with the app but now the stupid app has stopped working. I’ve updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my iOS, all to no avail. One more hint after another keeps failing to open. First it was member transfers. Now it’s check deposits. And lastly the app doesn’t even want to open for me. It hangs on the login screen FOREVER after I’ve put in my information, sometimes failing to open at all. Maybe it’s time to find a new credit union.

New app doesn’t work on they don’t care
The app updated and stopped working on my phone. I deleted it. I downloaded again. I did this multiple times over a weeks time frame. I did again and still couldn’t get it to work. I physically went to a credit union location. They couldn’t get it to work either and told me it probably would start working in a few days, because I’m the only the person using the app where the isn’t working. Whether that’s true or not I do not know. It’s been more than a few days. I’ve repeated delete the app redownload and etc multiple times. I’ve also turned my phone on and off. It still does not work and Signet isn’t going to do anything about it because I was told I’m the only person having this issue with the app not working so it’s not Signet Federal Credit Unions Problem it’s my problem.
