About

SignMeInPro is the staff app for a workplace that runs SignMeInPro. Your employer provides the account; you sign in with the email address they invited. Without that invitation there is nothing for this app to show you. CHECKING IN Arriving at work is the check-in. With your permission, the app notices when your phone crosses the boundary of a workplace your employer has configured, and records the time. It does not follow you between those moments: there is no route, no history of where you have been, and no continuous sampling. You can withdraw the permission in iOS Settings at any time and record attendance by hand instead. YOUR HOURS Check-ins become a timesheet you can read and correct. If the time is wrong, you say so and give a reason, and the correction is part of the record rather than a silent overwrite. Days away from work carry whatever reason your employer chooses to offer — annual leave, time off in lieu, unpaid leave. The reason is optional on every day. COMPLIANCE ROUNDS If your job includes fire-alarm tests, patrol rounds or equipment inspections, each one is recorded by scanning the QR or NFC tag physically on the item. The app records where you were when you scanned it, so the record shows the check happened at the thing being checked rather than from the car park. A failed test is recorded as a failed test. IN AN EMERGENCY You can raise an alert from the app, which reaches the people your employer has nominated and the reception screens at your site. If a fire muster is called, you are on the roll, and you can mark yourself safe from your phone. A warden still has to account for you: pressing a button does not close the roll. THE REST Announcements from your employer, including urgent ones. A note when a parcel arrives for you. Meeting rooms, desks and parking, where your employer has switched them on. A six-digit personal PIN for collecting something at the desk. PRIVACY Your data belongs to your employer, not to us: we process it on their instructions and we do not use it for anything of our own. There is no advertising and no profiling. Our privacy policy explains what is collected, how long it is kept, and who to ask about it. REQUIREMENTS An account from an employer with a current SignMeInPro subscription. The app itself is free; there is nothing to buy inside it.
