Bait & Switch

Horrible app interface. Nearly impossible to use on your phone, required if you want to edit a doc prior to faxing with its corresponding app, and overall horrible experience.

Hi, we know editing on mobile can feel challenging. In Sign.Plus tap Fill to open your document, then tap or drag fields to add signatures or text. For personalized help, email support@alohi.com—we’re here to help!

Awkward App

Unfortunately, this app is not very intuitive. It does not remember you and you need to log back in almost every time you use it and reset your password. If you receive the fax upside down, there’s no easy way to flip it and sign it. So I end up sending faxes signed upside down, looking very unprofessional. It needs a rethink with consultation to users.

Please write back to us at support@alohi.com in case you continue to face that issue on your app. For the rotate issue: You can rotate your received faxes from the 3-dot menu and then send to Sign.Plus to sign. This way your documents won't be upside down when you sign them. Hope this resolves. Alohi Team
