Call kept being disconnected before it was made, useless

This need more phone directory for all uk regions. Like all the NHS in uk. As there’s limit which I cannot make video calling to specific nhs hospital.
Too many technical issues
Been using this app a few times to make calls. So many time there are technical issues with the service on either iPhone or iPad. So frustrating!
