Bug fixes: - in the contact detail, the call button in each phone row was not visible. Now it is always visible, and the row reflects the abilities of the currently selected caller id. If it is not verified, the credit call is only faded out and shows an error verification required error message - in the contact detail, the caller id label (orange) was not visible - Earpiece vs Speaker vs Bluetooth devices when starting a call: By default, Apple selects bluetooth devices if available (and enabled) and if not available, falls back to earpiece. - Update caller ID label (in the detail screen) - works for main number as well - After updating caller id, the callerid list showed duplicated items - Crash after going into background, but coming faster than 30 seconds (the system task shutdown time) - Add Number (extra caller id) button label renamed
