Great App!
I never have time to go to the gym but I love working at home. I generated a workout for my specific needs and it was short and sweet and it felt grrrreat! You can tell the app what areas you tend to strain often and it'll help you target those parts. Sometimes you just need a few ideas to know what to do to exercise your body and this app will give you just that. On top of that, the design is simple and there are not annoying graphics and unnecessary things. Highly recommend!

Great app at a reasonable price
This app can generate a workout plan specific to your needs. Almost flawless. It has a calorie counter and meal plan. All in one, for only $5.99 a month. The alternative apps charge almost twice as much. My wife is pregnant and she was able to generate a prenatal workout plan for herself. 100% worth it.
