Too many calls, with progressing rude behaviour

So last year I received a call wherein they asked Me to pay a premium for their services. I told them My salary ain’t that high, yet they pestered Me. I was Young still they harangued Me. Finally I expressed as I’d grow older I’d definitely purchase their product.
The last call however changed My mind as a man named Farid(yes, on a Sikh website!) told Me My profile was taking too much space and I should delete it. He told Me I should remake the profile when au was ready.
So this message of His came up when I told Him I was quite Young and was waiting for My age and experience to grow when I shall finally buy their premium product. But their tone became so rude and noxious then after their call I simply deleted My profile and shall not use Shaadi Services again.

Lots of bugs

When i try and connect witha. Profile it comes back to original state connect

App crash

The app crashes and closes every time i try to send a message in chat feature.
My typed message is also lost and need to type again. Iphone 14 latest iOS version.

You should Atleast give the option to free chat with the accepted members. Trust me ppl will start leaving your platform

Absolutely garbage. First my profile gets deactivated because I didn’t send my “document” which I have previously uploaded. And I paid for 3 months and I never got any refund for the time my profile was deactivated. Then I created a new profile and I paid again and after 1 hour my profile was deactivated AGAIN and I DID NOT GET ANY REFUND FOR $125 I paid . What’s the rubbish way of doing business ????

App craah

I am using iphone 11 and when ever I scroll through profiles the app closes by it’s own and it happens frequently.

App closes itself

I am using Iphone 7. And whenever I make any changes, edits the app hangs. I need to touch the save button a number of times to save the edited info.
The other main problem is somethings the app closes itself while making the changes.
Anothe issue is ‘see all’ option shows nothing…
