Love the app and my bank!
I’ve been a member since I was born thanks to my Grandfather. He was a proud employee and saw the Sikorsky’s socially. I love my bank. Everyone is so nice when I come in. My banking is primarily app driven, so I only get in a few times a year. The app is straightforward and concise. Thank you to all the employees!

Message indication won’t clear
App works as it should. I find it to be intuitive. I do wish the red dot indicating a news message would clear after it is viewed. Otherwise 5 stars.

Why won’t notifications go away?
I notice I have 3 notifications for my app. I open it, follow it to where the notifications are. But they never go away. Ever. Been there almost 6 months now.

The app works fine but notifications on the app icon on the phone’s Home Screen won’t go away even after viewing them

I’ve been a credit union member since 1978 and the credit union‘s online access app is over the top best account management system nationwide and I hope to keep my accounts active for many years to come with Sikorsky credit union thank you for all the years of great support

Terrible customer service only allowed to contact them during the week so God forbid if something happens on the weekend. You can’t do nothing until Monday, which resulted in me having to sacrifice money out of my account because I couldn’t access my account or speak to a representative. to have them put a hold on my account so now I have to eat money that I shouldn’t have to eat all because Sikorski doesn’t have 24 hour customer service don’t be a financial institution if you don’t have 24 hour service people spend money 24 hours a day smh and I have a very good account that they make a lot of money off of not any longer

Pros: Love this little credit union. The ATMs are fast and reliable and the staff seems to be pleasant overall.
Cons: Credit Union technology differences definitely live up to its name. The apps UI is painful to use and not for the elderly. Deposits take forever to update making me want to take receipts which proves to be more wasteful and not cost effective for our institution.
SIKORSKY, PLEASE OFFER EMAIL OPTIONS FOR ATM TRANSACTIONS AT THE TERMINAL!!!!
Fees….its like I’m in a bank again and it’s definitely not being used towards this apps improvement. Thankfully I’m not one to incur fees but a member owned institution shouldn’t gouge people especially for members with lower incomes. Lower fees provide better satisfaction overall.
I’ll update as time goes on with my membership but so far I’m pleased.

Errors
Everything has errors, try to connect my card, gives me an error, try to connect my bank both ways in offers, error on both, then you call and they have no clue how to help you, must frustrating app and company I’ve ever delt with

Mobile Deposit Doesn’t work
I have been trying for days to get checks deposited to my account and they get rejected every time. It’s very frustrating. The app itself is glitchy at times as well.
Notifications
There’s always 2 notifications for you to view in your news. Showing a red two on the app in the Home Screen when there is no notifications.

Terrible Customer Service
You can call hours prior only to end up having to wait for a call back, and then they’ll only call you back 20 minutes before a branch closes just to tell you that you have to go into a branch
App Used to Be Great
Ever since the update this app has been awful. I can’t make mobile deposits. Keeps saying I need to rotate phone. You could throw this in the air 1000 x and it doesn’t work. Please fix this or I’ll find a new bank.
Mobile Deposit Wonky
I have been unable to deposit checks using the Mobile Deposit feature. The screen on the app that takes photos rotates sideways, instructs you to rotate your phone and then you are unable to take any photos as the app stays stuck on the Rotate Your Phone screen and disables all other functions. Tried again to make a deposit to checking and then checking for some reason became unavailable and I was only able to try to deposit to savings. Same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no improvement. Guess I’ll have to drive to a branch 🙄
