App Is too slow

Doing anything, making a deposit or sending money with Zelle takes too long. Why are there advertisements on the login screen?

I hate this app

Every time they update the app - which is frequent enough that this happens literally every time I try to log in - it signs me out and won’t allow me to sign in using my Face ID until I sign back in again. Do these people understand that we have like 11,000 accounts with usernames and passwords and we can’t remember every one of them, which is why we set up Face ID in the first place? Nothing is more secure than my face. Whoever is in charge of this app should be in jail.

I haven’t used any other bank apps ever besides cashapp but this is so terrible. Runs poorly, bad UI, buggy, confusing. Please fix it!!!
