This App Sucks
The title pretty much covers it. This app is complete dog water. For some reason instead of keeping the adding and subtracting of transactions, the same it was before, they really felt the need to break everything down. Because of this, I never truly know how much is in my account which has been making it really hard to save money. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Do better Citizens Bank.

Apple Sucks
Apple is holding me hostage will not allow me to update my banking apps due to a app that I didn’t authorize and refuse to pay for being I have never used it
Inconvenient
Always needs service at the most inconvenient times
Can’t access money
Always doing some updating at the worse times
Week old McDonalds quality
This bank used to be good and in the last few months took a total nose dove and is horrible. Customer service sucks now and lies to you and doesn’t help on the simplest issues like a duplicate charge that happened within 60 seconds of each other draining my bank account. They don’t do debit cards at the branch anymore and processing times for transactions and on dial up internet from the 90s slow. Totally trash now ! Who ever made these corporate changes needs to be fired!
