App is good…when it works

The app very frequently doesn’t allow users to login. It says “please contact us if problems continue.” I’ve tried contacting numerous times with no success ever. The issue eventually resolves itself within days or weeks. I cannot ever rely on this to send Zelle payments.

Only Thing Missing

The only thing missing from this banking app is the ability to see what the current interest rate is on the HYSA. In order to see the current rate on your accounts you have to visit their website or log in online. It’s so annoying.

Site down to much

The app is unavailable 6/10 times when I need to pay bills check balance deposit

App is fine but the bank sucks. Minimum balance for checking account is now $1000.
