Note being able to make notes on transfers from account to account makes me want to leave the bank. Why you would take that Way is beyond me. How are we suppse to know what any transfer is for making dozens and dozens of transfers with no notes. Insane.

Constant Bugs and Pain in the Butt
Look, I mostly chose this bank because it's close by and it was once convenient. But now, the app doesn't work, logging on the website doesn't work, and now it's making me run in circles to get anything done. I just want to deposit a check.

App Doesn’t Work
It used to work, but over past month it has stopped working on both my iPad and iPhone 16. I get an error message every time I try to login. Scared me, but I was able to use the website to login, and see that there were no account issues, so just appears to be an issue with the app.
Never works
Flagstar's app has consistently failed to worked over the years. I turn on Face ID every 2 logins because it stops working & my saved password never lets me log in. Half the time the instant balance doesn't work. It only lets me login if I type out my password each time. VERY inconvenient, & always lagging compared to all other banking apps

My Zelle is not working! Talked with banker. They refused to help me! Any help?
Inconsistent access
The app hasn’t allowed access due to flagstar issues. This happens every few weeks!! Poor design!
FIX IT
Nonstop issues with logging in with this stupid app! I have never in my life change my password so much because this stupid app and bank doesn’t recognize it. Go into a branch and they are even less helpful. I cannot wait to get my money out of this stupid establishment.
Rarely Works
This app works poorly, just like this bank. There is constant log in issues and just directs you to use the website instead. What a waste.

Always Breaking
This app is terrible compared to other banks I’ve used. It’s always down for maintenance, anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days.
Slow and freezes constantly.
I don’t know what you all did to this app, but I can’t even do anything but check my balance because it won’t load. It used to be a great app, it used to run smoothly, no issues, and now it’s not loading anything.
Constant log-in issues
The positive reviews have got to be paid for. This app is terrible, if you use it you will constantly be having trouble logging in. Practically every other time you attempt to sign on you receive an error message telling you to call up Flagstar’s number if you can’t sign on. Additionally, I switched phone numbers and was unable to log in despite changing the number my account was registered with through the app, as it kept asking me to verify with the old number. When I tried to call up I was unable to get ahold of anyone as you have to use a number sent to your phone. If you don’t have that number, the automatic system doesn’t let you connect to a representative.

OMFG!!!!
I’m so irritated with this bank. Their atms don’t work half the time, and now the app is “Experiencing issues” everytime I try to login. But yet, when I log in on the website it works just fine!!! Wtf!!!!!! If I want access to my funds, nope can’t rely on the d*** app because it’s always giving me the “wE aRe CuRrEnTly eXpEriEnciNg iSsUes” error message everytime I log in -_- do not get a Flagstar account, go to advia if you want a reliable bank with a reliable app!!!! Jfc I legit hate the Flagstar app so much!!
