good resort terrible app - Developer do better.

The ios app has failed at the key feature: chat with concierge. Everyday it gets slower taking up to 20 minutes + to load simple messages leading to issues with time sensitive coordination. The key feature of a hotel app is chat. It’s not that hard. It is built in a low quality way where it heats up the phone with GPU issues and fails to load simple chat content. The OS throttles the heavy loading and the app freezes. HandiGo do better.

5 star resort deserves a 5 star app. This would be 1 star.
