Chat takes 10mins to load
Used this at a resort in Bali, and ordering things to the room works and such but there is no way to look at what has already been booked (e.g. spa) or ordered, and after a few days the chat has so many messages that it takes 10mins to load and then it crashes so many times.
Totally pointless
I am staying in the Maldives. The hotel relies on the app to communicate services in different locations (eg in room, different bars and restaurants).
None of the qr codes work on my phone or my partner’s. So we have no idea what is on offer in any location.
This app is basically junk and is spoiling an expensive holiday.

Ne fonctionne tout simplement pas ! Affiche « scanner la chambre » puis plante et affiche « paramètres invalides ».

The app gives Hotels the opportunity to present their offerings. So the content of the apps depends on the hotel you’re at.
For me it worked fine. Used the chat function for small appointments and requests.
Ordered food to the room etc.
So I didn’t had to make a phone call.

Forget this App
Downloaded App twice but was still unable to make it work after repeatedly scanning the room key. Big hassle to mess with this before being allowed to your room.
