App is Nearly Unusable
I constantly struggle to log in or use the app due to issues entering data into different fields or editing data once it’s been entered.
Add items needed
Good app but needs the ability to see uploaded and approved form 4’s
Terrible app
Looks like it is easier to drive to a kiosk in person. This is one of the worst apps I've installed. The keyboard won't show up when you need it, after entering my name there is nothing else I can seem to do in the app beyond initial creation of an account. It didn't correctly enforce password restrictions so I didn't save my auto generated password. I can open it and loom at my name and it sent me a message to go to a kiosk. Why even install such a useless app?

Widget
Very simple and easy to use, after going to a kiosk for the fingerprints and uploading a passport photo everything went smoothly to process my form 1. I would love to see a widget for my iPad so I can keep an eye on the status of my paperwork.
