Do NOT buy a traditional trust through Silencer Shop
The app says the one responsible person on my trust has missing information, while the website says everything is complete. When I purchased my first can through a local shop, it wouldn’t go through until I spent an eternity trying to get someone on the phone at Silencer Shop. When I finally fed, it took one minute and everything went through. They still didn’t fix the issue on the app. It still shows the one responsible person had missing info. He tried to get a can, it was held up for 6 months, they finally saw that Silencer Shop had screwed up on their end, and now he has to start the whole process over. He could never get anyone on the phone at customer service. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Poor customer service
Impossible to speak to someone. Spent two hours on hold today. Requested a callback three times. Received one call back, but they said wrong department. The cycle repeated. Ended up using the other terrible reviews and ai to solve my problem.
Good for basic… could be more
I bought 2 suppressors and 1 SBR all different journeys. 1 suppressor through out of state shop (transfer), 1 suppressor through my local shop using Silencer Shop kiosk, and SBR through a different local shop. In all cases the overall experience was a breeze. For suppressors did all paperwork in person and immediately reflected in app on what and where my status is. SBR was done virtually which was very nice. Both took less than 5 days of paperwork submission to ATF approval. Yes the app is more for basic status of items and finding a kiosk but it does the basic thing right. What would be cool is if I could shop from there app instead of going to website and having everything in one location since I was all different journeys but SilencerShop made it easy no matter what route I took.

App is Nearly Unusable
I constantly struggle to log in or use the app due to issues entering data into different fields or editing data once it’s been entered.
