Free pattern charged $19.99?
I went to look at and download the free Easter egg pattern. It gave the option to download it but no where did it say it was charging my account. Once I get it downloaded I get a notification from my account with a receipt for $19.99 from the app!!! How is this possible? I would have never have downloaded the app in general if I had known that a pattern marked as FREE would’ve cost $20. Now I’m out $20 that I didn’t even have in the first place.

Total disappointment
All the patterns that I bought for the past couple of years were all gone. Some of them have progress already and they all disappeared and I can’t seem to recover them. I tried to contact them about my concerns but they didn’t respond. I’m just totally upset about the whole thing. I want some answers.

No search bar
It needs a dang search bar'!!!! It’s almost as good as pattern keeper, reasonably priced. I like the column and row minders that Pattern keeper doesn’t have. It lets you mark each stitch and the completed stitch shows the floss color like Pattern keeper. One big improvement would be to include a search bar when shopping. For example, I was looking for a specific chart, The Color Of Water but theres no way to search for it. I rewatched the YouTube video I saw it in and he mentioned the artists name. Found it. There are a plethora of beautiful designs. I love the ap.
