Delivery Costs are an issue

I made a big order and had to pay about 5 different delivery costs, meaning that I paid nearly £15.00 just for delivery as there were no free delivery options for any of my items. SilkFred has been running for a while now and should have been able to rectify this so that customers pay only one delivery charge as it seems like you currently get punished for making large orders and subsequently giving SilkFred more of your money.
