Delivery Costs are an issue
I made a big order and had to pay about 5 different delivery costs, meaning that I paid nearly £15.00 just for delivery as there were no free delivery options for any of my items. SilkFred has been running for a while now and should have been able to rectify this so that customers pay only one delivery charge as it seems like you currently get punished for making large orders and subsequently giving SilkFred more of your money.

This app is laid out well, favourites are easy to create and locate later. What’s new icon is a great summary. Filters are easy to apply and use.

I am still waiting for a refund for 2 dresses bought and returned at beginning of January. U have messaged Silkfred,did get a reply but nothing since. I also ordered a dress 2 weeks ago,it hasn’t arrived.

Still waiting for my expensive clutch bag. I’ve asked for an ETA but had nothing back except that someone will get back to me. I believe I’ve been scammed. I Would never, ever recommend this site to anyone.

Useful app easy to use
This app is very user friendly with clear photos and details of each item. 2 improvements - (1) tailoring recommendations to my body shape and preferences rather than random items for body shapes which won’t suit me; and (2) being able to see my credits following returns.
SilkFred app
Its ok, but wish they would have an option to return items without a printer like all other websites. Not everyone has one of these so i ended up keeping a piece i ordered because i could not access a printer.
