Screening is stricter and more honest. • The fit tier is now computed by rule from requirement coverage (required versus preferred, met versus partial versus gap) instead of being estimated by the model, and the fit sheet says how it was computed. • The résumé linter now flags generated-sounding openers (spearheaded, leveraged, orchestrated), first person, repeated opening verbs, clichés, and text aimed at automated screeners. Advisories are shown and fed back into the revision pass; they never remove your own evidence. • More screener personas: federal HR, clinical, finance and consulting, legal-tech, manufacturing, platform and SRE, startup, executive search, big tech, and academic. • ATS readiness now checks that every role shows dates, and preparation notes list the claims an interviewer is likely to press on, with their sources. • Tailoring stops early when the screener repeats itself.
