Unserious app with a frustrating UI
Silo Markets feels like an unfinished product. The UI is honestly a joke, and basic information that should be front and center is missing.
For example, there’s no clear way to see your daily gain/loss, which is fundamental for a trading/investing app. The overall experience feels poorly thought out and lacking the polish and functionality you’d expect from a serious financial platform.
There’s a lot of room for improvement. The app needs a much better UI, clearer portfolio analytics, and basic features like daily P&L before it can feel like a serious product.
The saving grace is the helpful team tech support that really goes above and beyond to help with whatever issue you might have when dealing with their platform.

Love the loyalty reward
points. My wife and I both moved our retirement accounts over to maximize our points! With other firms, we didn’t get offered anything…not until we initiated the transfer out. Then we were sent over to their retention dept. for some type of bonus offer. The saying “loyalty gets punished” does not apply to SiloMarket…they offer upfront ongoing points for your invested assets!

This is where the industry is heading
Why pay over a hundred per year for a managed ‘portfolio’ of ETFs when you can pay yourself for this easy task? The cash returns far outweigh the annual fee, and there’s potential for greater value as points transfer partners come onboard.

I have used Silo for the past few weeks. I have found the customer service to be helpful. Since the platform is with interactive brokers, it is secure. I am looking forward to earning points in this new way !
A completely unserious app
The app looks polished at first glance, but for a platform that is the custodian of my money, I find the overall experience surprisingly unserious.
The UI is clean and visually appealing, but it lacks basic portfolio metrics that I would expect from a modern investing platform. There’s no clear daily gain/loss, no obvious total percentage return, and not enough information to easily understand how my portfolio is actually performing.
I’ve also noticed inconsistencies with the market data presentation. The stock tickers appear to show the correct current prices, but the percentage gains/losses don’t always seem to correspond to those prices. The charts also don’t consistently appear to reflect what happened in the market during the day.
These may sound like small details, but when you’re trusting a platform with your money, accurate and transparent performance information is fundamental. A nice-looking interface isn’t enough—I need to be able to quickly understand how my investments are performing and have confidence that the numbers and charts accurately represent the market.
Silo has a good-looking foundation, but the portfolio analytics, transparency, and consistency of the displayed market data need significant improvement before I would consider the experience comparable to more established investment platforms.

Earning points on investment!
Really love the idea of earning points on investment! Transfer in of stocks was quick and smooth within two business days. Had a question on my portfolio display, customer service was quick and helpful to answer the questions! Loving it!
Good system
Silo Markets has a clean, easy-to-use app that makes it simple to manage investments in one place. I like the opportunity to earn points while holding stocks and ETFs, which adds extra value for long-term investors. Great Idea, UI needs improvement, Hopeful for improvement soon
Amazing for earning points/cashback on investment portfolio. Needs some improvement in executing trades quickly and the UI. Hopefully these should improve soon since the app is quite new still. Overall worth taking a look at.

Interesting new brokerage with rewards
I’ve enjoyed Silo for half a year now. Getting points (redeemable for cash back) on my investment balance is appealing. Silo puts your assets at Interactive Brokers, so I feel there’s a low risk to using this startup as my brokerage. Easy to use app. Doesn’t spam me with messages to try crypto or day trading etc. Seems fine for a buy and hold ETF mentality. Make sure your balance is large enough so that the points outweigh the membership fees.

Improving!
I've been using Silo for a few months now and it's getting better all the time. There are still a few things I'd love to see improved. The real time quotes on my positions are not always up to date, and I'd really like to see real-time account activity instead of waiting for my monthly statement.
I'm also excited to see what transfer partners they add because I think the points will become a lot more valuable than just cashing them out. Overall, I think they're building a really solid platform, and you can tell they're making improvements regularly. I'd also love to see them lean even more into Al to make investing simpler and smarter. Looking forward to seeing where they take it.

Innovative Investment Platform
I have been using this platform for a few months now. It has been a good experience so far. The initial onboarding issues were resolved fairly quickly and their team has always been helpful and friendly — great customer service! I would definitely recommend them for points & miles enthusiasts. They are disrupting the traditional investment platform by bringing points & miles to the space. Love it!

Additional points never hurt
I have been in the points and miles games for a long time. It’s such a brilliant strategy to attract customers by giving points against your portfolio as most often people have their biggest portion of money in stocks and bonds. The customer support is also extremely responsive.

Giving points to investment in the account is a genius idea. But the app is still a little buggy. Please fix it soon.
Great way to earn points
This app works well, and Silo is a great way to get extra points on your investment. The investments themselves are held at interactive brokers, so the points are just free money and there’s really no downside.

I opened an account in January, 2026 because I was interested in the Silo Markets points program (which appears to be the first platform that gives me points on my stocks held in my Silo Markets account) that offers me the opportunity to transfer Silo points to its airline partners in due course. The app is extremely user friendly! I wholeheartedly endorse Silo Markets to anyone who is a long-term investor seeking to earn Silo points and exchange them for rewarding real world experiences!!

Worth it at higher values and if you like playing reward points system
This app offers a unique take that you can earn points on stocks. Make sure the math adds up to your benefit otherwise you’re just paying for no reason. The break even point, where points earned = monthly fee, can feel a bit like you’re just paying for points.

Silo gives you points by buying the stocks and ETF. If you are a long term investor that does not change your position often I would say give it a try. Waiting for the points redemption
