On-device speech setup can now be cancelled cleanly from its progress screen. Cancel stops the exact iOS-managed model installation and waits for it to finish before setup becomes retryable, instead of showing a button that could not reach the native engine. If an installation fails, the screen now says why and offers a retry. Recording, audio import, transcription, review, and share-sheet export remain on-device on iPhone and iPad.
