Très déçu de cette application qui n’est pas à l’image de la qualité des produits SILVERCREST. Ça ne fonctionne tout simplement pas (Connexion impossible) et il n’y a aucune information pour résoudre les problèmes.
Ce n’est donc pas finalisé et c’est dommage de mettre un produit sur le marché sans s’assurer du bon fonctionnement de l’application...

A me neanche il codice di conferma arriva figuriamoci.
Einfach nur schlecht.
Wofür braucht man eine App, wenn man das Gerät vorher sowieso mit der Fernbedienung einschalten muss, bevor es über die App gefunden werden kann? Das Koppeln von iPhone und Saugroboter war ein reiner Krampf und auch später das Programmieren und Umprogrammieren funktioniert auch nicht immer.
Keine Ahnung, was bei diesen Updates hier verbessert wird - alles bleibt SCHLECHT.

Can’t connect the app to the vacuum

I bought today the product and as I tried many times I couldn’t pairing the WiFi’s, and I running both frequencies 2,4GHz as 5 GHz, even directly with the router the same thing.

Chers utilisateurs, si vous essayez l’aspirateur avec cette application ça risque de ne pas du tout fonctionner. En revanche, il existe une autre application qui est en version 3.7 et qui fonctionne très bien. Seulement elle n’est pas disponible pour les belges par exemple. L’astuce est de changer le compte de son AppStore, et de mettre votre pays sur « France ». Vous pourrez ensuite télécharger l’autre version qui fonctionne.

Bad WiFi connection.
When I choose robotxxxx from WiFi settings doesn’t ask me for the password so doesn’t connect with the vacuum cleaner. Without connecting with the vacuum I cannot access the app for further commands. Fix the app or you’ll gonna lose a lot of clients.

Uren vruchtloos geprobeerd wifi te verbinden ... jammer zo’n goede hardware en zo’n slechte (app) ondersteuning. Een hulp lijn of Q&A pagina zou handig geweest zijn.

Τελείος γελοίο το software! Βγάζουν ένα προϊόν για το οποίο κυκλοφορούν δεκάδες βίντεο όπου όλα λένε ότι δεν συνδέεται στο δύκτιο.... Τράτζικ.....

Characters typed totally unreadable due to inverse background. And it CANNOT connect to vacuum cleaner. The instructions are followed exactly. Very poorly developed app. FIX IT!
