Old app was better
this app is alright but the old app was so much better. i don’t really understand why they changed it, it’s less efficient and harder to use.

UI Needs Improvement
Would be great if the app loaded tickets purchased from your website with a matching account email or show the points. Also, ordering food in the app doesn’t work if you cannot access your tickets. Seems a bit glitchy as well. Would love to see these improvements.
Food order
I use to be able to order the food on the app without buying ticket in app and you can’t do that now. I hate this new update
Silverspot Cinemas
I really enjoy using this app! I have been a Silverspot member since 2023 and I love using my points and rewards to book tickets and get snacks.
New app is a step down
I wish I could just provide feedback instead of having to leave a public review, but it doesn’t seem like that’s an option. I’ve probably been going to Silverspot Chapel Hill as my primary theater for about ten years. And the new app compared to the old is a big step down in terms of user functionality. It’s hard to do simple things like find your purchased tickets. The ticket dates are listed in European format (day, month, year), making it confusing. The tickets disappear to some unfindable location after you’ve scanned in, so if you forgot to note your seat number, you’re going to have to go back to the podium for help. Adding food to an existing order is difficult too. It just seems like the basic, common sense user functions went out the window when they changed systems. Does it work? Sure. Is it intuitive or sensical it pleasant to use? No.

It’s ok, unfortunately can only order food at time of booking ticket otherwise have to wait until scanning QR code on seat
Broken app
Was a much better app before they updated it. Completely broken now. Unfortunate because it is a nice theater but it makes it so hard to order food or even find my tickets in the app.
The app is not working - the payment screen is blank
The payment screen won’t load, it’s blank.
Update sucks
Since the app was updated it is awful. I can't find my ticket rewards. And it is harder to navigate. For the price they charge for tickets they should have a more user friendly app

I liked the previous version of the app better. It was much easier to use. For this one, for example, it seems the only time I can order food is the exact time I purchase tickets. After that, the option to order food is no longer there.

App update made me change theaters
I used to really enjoy going to SILVERSPOT send because I could order my ticket online as well as order food to be delivered to my seat once I got there. With this new update, they removed all the benefits of going to the place except for maybe the seat and watching the movie itself. Since this happens is continued to not work. I’ve started going to the movie theater around the corner from my house. There’s no compelling reason to go to SILVERSPOT.

Not loving new app
Not loving new app seems like it stepped backwards, finding your order and tickets are a challenge and if you don’t order your food right when you order your tickets then you’re out of luck until you arrive at theater

the mew UI sucks now, app was way better before, i cant even place an order or see the previous tickets i bought
