Can no longer order/use credits on new version
Patiently waiting for another redesign. I can no longer order through the app or use my loyalty credits the same way. Also a lot of glitches and misspellings. The redesign feels unprofessional and no intuitive at all. Love the theatre though! But I’m begging please fix this redesign!
New update to app is really bad
This app used to pretty good and decent but ever since they pushed out the new update, it’s super buggy, unstable, and the new user interface is just no good. You can’t add food to existing orders like you used to, I can’t seem to pull up purchased tickets anymore so I have to go back to my email for the ticket, and to purchase/food in general has been made worse with a buggy user interface. Just the whole experience with the updated app has been no good. I would appreciate a return to the way the app was previously.

Not payment friendly
As the title state the app is not payment friendly especially trying to food.
App Update
The latest version of the app is horrible, the UX is more annoying and clunky, navigation isn’t great either. The previous version of the app prior to the new design worked smoother and was simpler to use and navigate.
New Version is Bad
Downgraded experience once I downloaded version 6.12.1. Can no longer find QR code for my tickets in app, can no longer order food outside of ticket purchase process. Very frustrated with this new version and would like the old functionality back.
Definitely worse since updates
Not sure what has happened, but since they’ve done app updates, it has become a nightmare. I can no longer see my tickets (thank god for email confirmation), so you can’t check in using the app NOR can you add food to your tickets. Whomever is leading add development should be fired.
Great Cinemas, Terrible App
This is not a review of Silverspot itself, but rather this updated and terrible version of the app. The new app has no way to find tickets that I have already purchased and no way to order food to my seat once in the cinema. I would expect being able to easily find tickets Ive already purchased would be the bare minimum for an app related to movie tickets. The app in its current state is worse than useless, it is actually unhelpful and has led to huge lines at concessions in the theatre since people cant order through their phones like they used to. My wife and I go almost weekly and the old version of the app worked just fine, the new one is terrible. Please fix this app or revert to the older version.

New version is useless. Tix don’t show up if you close app. No way to order food. Won’t be using it anymore.
New app is terrible
The new is impossible to use. I can't figure out to get to my points. If you don't order food when you order tickets you can't get back to the food ordering part. The old app was much better
Navigation Gaps
When I purchase tickets, I can’t find them in the app. I also don’t have the option to order food on the app after I purchase tickets until I’m already sitting in the theater. This is a gap. People want to order on the way to the theater, especially people with small kids who suck at waiting for food.

The recent update is really bad. The payment UI looks even more outdated than before and I’m never able to find the option to order food on the app anymore

Cant pull up tickets easily once purchased in app. Doesn’t save a payment
Horrible app
Movie theater is nice, since they updated their app it is a horrible user experience. Difficult to navigate and missing information.
The app sucks
I love this theater chain and i loved the previous app. All the changes make it so difficult to buy tickets, find them to scan and it even looks like those scammy websites that some movie theaters have. It also no longer saved my card. Absolutely hate it.

The new upgrade is terrible. I can’t see my tickets nor can I order food.

The new app is not user friendly. Where are my tickets? Where can I order food?
New App is not an improvement
I love Silverspot but not the App. It has gotten more difficult to buy a movie ticket than before. There is no easy way to get your ticket on the App when you are at the theater (and the folks at Silverspot have tried to find it on my phone).
