The game routinely freezes up! Constantly Forced to shut off and reboot! Try to report the issue and I get dropped in seconds from the “help” section?! That’s help? I believe I’m being punished for not paying to play! Frustrating they’d treat players this way!
Ruined game by changing it.
Was a great past time. Spent money here. Now, what once were 5 great cities, are now all dead. I pay to upgrade, only to find it isn’t enough now and I need to destroy population, to make room for more services. This game now sucks rocks. All my semolians are gone. And my cities are still destroyed. Whoever did the SERVICE UPGRADE, FIND THEM! FIRE THEM!

Need more land and things
I love this game, played it since it became mobile and lots before. We need more land on the existing lands. We need more items, especially with the trains, love’m. Maybe a subway. Other than that, the game is great!!! Thank you.
Department of Epic Projects
I was away from SimCity Buildit for quite some time and now my Epics. project building is missing. Inventory shows 1/1 so I did have it the last time I played.
Pay pay pay and pay again and wait one year
Unplayable unless you want to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for 15 years without any real progress. Every aspect of the game is designed to harm you as much as possible. You can have to wait 7 hours to get a single item that allows you to have 1% of the other item that allows you to have 1 of the 15 items necessary for a single upgrade. Endless, nothing to do with the real Sim Cities. Furthermore, the algorithm is designed to block all the purchases you need. If you need an item, you can be sure it will disappear from the store. The items you need are the ones you don't have.DON’T DOWNLOAD this scam!! The patch 2.0 kill this game more again. And now they cut by 2/3 the income of my city. Now they're stealing our money through their advertising; that's called fraud. Another patch another scrap. Freeze crash freeze and crash again. Oh and disconnect after 1 minute. It not a game it’s a money grabber.

Performance
My mobile(IPhone 16 Pro Max) is hanging or heating up while playing game. Feels like game is outdated when compared to similar games.
