Does not work

I have a Simmons Credit Card but for the life of me, I cannot log into this app! I put in the credit card number, my social, everything it asks for and it still will not allow me to log in.

Simmons bank card

The app won’t take my username or password.
So I can’t get in the app because it says it won’t support my info.

Cannot access credit card

Does not allow to make credit card payments. This would be useful for credit card customers as well as regular banking account customers.

Balance not shown

I was hoping that I could easily check balances and transactions but that is not the case. Otherwise not much use in having.

I wish it would enable you to pay your credit card bill

Every other Credit Card App allows you to make credit card payments. Why has that not been integrated yet? The app is not good and very limited. How is this app getting a 4.6 overall rating when almost every written review is a 1 star?

Needs basic features

Got the app hoping I could check balance and see transactions. You can’t see charges payments or balance!? What good is this app??

Nothing but problems

I assumed this APP would let me make a payment to my account..It doesn’t. It is useless...I have had this account for 10+ years and it won’t recognize my username or password...so I set up another one and it states I already have a username..Your IT department needs to remove, test and replace this APP!
