Not available for deleting account?

You have to have an iPad to delete your account, hence your phone number and email address privacy is not under your control unless you have an IPad.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

This is the absolute worst, clunky, un-user-friendly Photo Booth app out there. Honestly better to just use your timer on your iPhone. Do not waste your time energy or money on this.

None of my photos were saved

My venue didn’t have great reception, but I didn’t realize that meant the photos wouldn’t upload. No where in the set up does it say you need strong internet access to save photos.

When I contacted support, all they told me was that all my photos were deleted. Super disappointed that nothing was saved.

Pornographic

So thankful I discovered the gallery before my teen aged boys did! Wish there was a way to block other people’s galleries. Deleted.

Won’t save pics

Crashing

App keeps crashing every time I open and tap to view a gallery from any event I’ve done. I just view on safari instead.

App crashes frequently

My business relies in part upon the reliability of software and equipment. I send out 3-7 photobooths with operators every weekend and this issue with Simple Booth crashing has negatively affected my business. It’s also extremely difficult to get customer service support. If they don’t give me a solution, we’re going to need to find another app.

Nervous about my event

***UPDATE: I was able to use the photo booth for my 5th grade event, and it went over beautifully. Kids loved it and were able to share their pictures relatively easily by sending them in a text message. I was really nervous about pictures being lost, but that doesn’t seem to have happened. Still trying to figure out the best way to share multiple pictures. I did have to manage between pictures due to the ‘done’ button mentioned below.

So, sticking with 4 stars because it was pretty self explanatory and got the job done.

I also found that I wasn’t able to use the app without being connected to Wi-Fi or cellular service. I had hoped to use an old phone and just share the pictures later, but the app didn’t seem to store them without that connection. There could be an element of user error there!

I have a school event in 2 days and will be using Simple Booth for our selfie station for 5th graders and their parents. The ‘done’ button is almost impossible to see (it’s blue on blue in the top right corner). So it’s hard to know to select it rather than ‘go back’. But going back loses the picture you just took. Which means my selfie station will have to be manned by someone to show people how to use this. Not as easy as i was hoping. But I have no budget for this, so I guess that’s what I get with a free app. It would be super helpful for the done button to be more visible. And it crashes every time I delete a picture. Please fix that. And it would be helpful to be able to select more than one picture at a time to delete or share.

Can’t even get confirmation email

Tried multiple times to sign up. Never received email. Tried various emails, various logins. Nothing worked. Finally deleted after trying over a period of several days.

Used to be a good app.

This used to be an awesome app. I had bought the 1 time buy offer. Unfortunately, they have removed all the features it use to have an replaced the app for “simple booth halo” (which is subscription base). I am out the money I originally invested in the app. You’d think that if they were going to do this that the OG user would be grandfather in.

Not working on 11 pro

I had a 7+ and 8+ and the app was fine. Has not worked on my 11 pro. (Previous review comment)

11 pro is my phone. I made a previous review months ago and barely got an answer 7/6/20.

Not a Photobooth app

This doesn’t work like a photobooth. Just a single photo camera trigger with ability to share on social media
