Does exactly what it’s meant to do. It works perfectly for running a given time period followed by a given walking time period. Great for plantar fasciitis programs prescribed by your PT.

Simple but Annoying …
I love this timer because it’s straightforward and simple. I love how it will tell you when to walk and run. Using this for my training block this summer. However, it’s frustrating and annoying when if you need to stop in the middle of the run it doesn’t pause automatically. Actually, it doesn’t pause at all manually either. I tried pausing it yesterday when I needed to use the bathroom. My 2 other run apps will pause automatically when it senses I have to stop.
If the developers of this app can figure out a way to make it pause automatically, I will give it a 5 star rating and purchase the upgrade.

This is how apps should be
I don’t need my interval timer to win a design award. I just need it to work — and this one is great! No bloated features, no flashy UI trying to impress me, just a clean, functional tool that gets out of the way and lets me focus on my workout. Honestly, more apps could learn from this approach. Simple is hard to do well, and the developer nailed it.

My “go-to” for interval
This has been my go to for interval training for several years. It could be improved, but everything can be improved and I did this able to handle all basic intervals. If it could be programmed for multiple variations at once that would be awesome.

Great but color
Perfect app, completely stripped of any unnecessary noise but the color contrast is hard for me to read from where I have my phone at the gym. Different color options please.
Excellent to keep me on track
Music blasting, this app is still counting and keeping me accountable to myself. I do kettlebell workouts, one minute on, one minute off. Set my weight bearing time at 30-36 minutes not including warm up and cool down. The count down helps me push the last few reps when it’s hard.

Conditioning for my first 5k
I use to run as a teenager in school. I stayed active but just enough; nothing more. At 62 years old I'm running my first 5k. This app has helped tremendously. I simply love it and have shared with others as a testament that you can do it also!
Almost perfect
I really enjoy the app as a whole. I love using it on my Apple Watch bc I can monitor my heart rate and I don’t have to have my phone nearby. One thing that disappoints me is I can’t start Workout on my watch and then use this without Workout cancelling itself. Unsure if this is all related or Apple related but if I could use both simultaneously this would be perfect!

I use this app while instructing group fitness classes!! The only thing I wish was different was a 3-5 second countdown on the watch. I’m pretty good at counting down in my head, but would love a beep as a 3-2-1 ending countdown to the end. I think if that was th case, I wouldn’t have to check my watch constantly. Please make this a setting and it would have my 5 stars!!

Avoid this. Worked for years now faulty
No idea why but timer now pauses mid set or mid rest when phone screen locked. Initially I assumed user error but it now happens constantly and definitely regardless of me being extra careful. Will be switching
