Site goes down monthly. So you can not access your customers or other info. No real tech support.

This app took my money now it’s not working and giving error messages I think that’s foul and the fact they have no way to contact them
Could not get past the sign up page
Couldn’t even create an account to try to app. Deleted from my phone. Useless.
Keeps sending random test notifications
I keep getting “test notifications” that say “test”, for no apparent reason.
Good App for small businesses
This app so far is very good. Yes it need some missing features and some work but the team is very responsive with emails and seems they are willing to listen and adjust as needed.

Simple yet has everything that I need
I am glad that I discovered this app. I run a photo booth business and this app helps me keep track not just my items & invoices but also my clients.
I really like the simplicity of the app, it’s easy to understand and the best of all is the promptness of their customer support to answer any queries that you may have and their willingness to help.
I hope that they will continue to improve the app and add the capability to edit information on an invoice that’s already been created like correcting the name that’s been misspelled ✌︎

Best App For Small Business
The ease of using this app is superb -- whether its invoices, inventories, estimates -- the app is really so user friendly. From home, on-the-go or from different devices -- technology just amazes me.

I would rate this an easy 5, but…
…instead I give it 3.5 stars because it needs to be IPAD compatible and work in LANDSCAPE mode. It’s too good an invoicing app to be relegated to the iPhone-only realm. Please consider this, developers (for ALL apps)!
Useful notifications
Features are great, it is user friendly and I think my favorite is that I get a message when the clients have seen my invoices (important thing for me so I know when to follow up) and when they're paid.
For Global entrepreneurs
If you are doing business globally like I am, this is a great app as it handles multiple currencies and languages and you can share docs via WhatsApp.

For Teams
Inventories of my stocks, tracking of my taxes, reports -- features I like that seems to be so hard to do on other apps. Also great that I can share access with my managers for when I delegate.

Gosh, so stressed with other invoice apps with all the issues and stuff -- when you need these things to be really accurate. Glad I found this new app -- so easy to use and I can now save tons of trees as I have gone completely paperless! :D

REFUND MY MONEY!
I found this app “SIR: Simple Invoice Maker” on AppAdvice. It is a FRAUD! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! On July 29, 2021 they said, “The price will show $3.99 but upon selecting, it will be free of charge.” Instead they charged me $35.99 for an annual subscription! They said, “Let us know your experience and get in touch for any support.“ But there is no link except their website which wants my personal information.

Easy Reminders
I own a small bakery and do not really need anything complicated and SIR simply does the job for me. The one-tap reminders are also very useful, esp since I find it awkward to send messages.
