Perfectly Unique App

I have been using this app for several years, and I could not be happier. Paul is responsive to questions, open to ideas, and remains kind support questions could have been answered by me reading the documentation. I searched high and low for an app that worked the way my brain thinks things should be organized, done, and communicated and this is that app.

A great tool for our Charity

This has really helped me this year in my role of Secretary and every time I had a query, I emailed the owner and he got back to me promptly and listened to my feedback. Well worth using.

Hi Luke, I can only imagine that your iPad ran short on memory. You can see the status of your memory by going into Settings on your iPad, General then iPad Storage. If that's not the issue then please send me a message for within the App under Settings then Information and Feedback. cheers

Excellent app for meeting minutes

Once you have it set up this is an excellent app. Bit of a learning curve (especially for us seniors!) to start with but once you get your head around the structure it just does what its supposed to - and does it well! Indispensable app for me. Thanks to the developer.

It just stopped opening !

It was working fine for a month and now it just wont open ! I deleted the app and reinstalled and there’s no way I can restore all my notes. I relied on this app so much and didn’t take backup notes. This is such a bummer. Is there a way I can recover?

I’m not sure why you had a problem with the update but if you have a backup of your iPad either on your desktop machine or in iCloud then you can recover your data, please email me and I can assist. There is also a backup option with the app. If you don’t have a backup then I’m sorry but I’m unable to assist. When deleting any App the IOS warns that the data will also be deleted. I’m sorry you had this problem.

Very useful, saves time but a little frustrating

Does everything easily, simply & quickly but frustrating I can’t find a simple way of deleting committee members as people come & go.
For the price good value.

Pretty Good

Works well, except once you buy the full version it no longer allows one to edit Topics. This is important as meetings are dynamic and there are times when one needs to add or delete additional lines. Otherwise, a really nice app.

Needs work

It truncates long notes, meaning cuts after the second page.

Streamlined and powerful

For the price of the app it has proven to be a very streamlined and powerful tool. Great for on the fly meetings without having to go through the pain of transcribing anymore.

Be careful

Trial version works brilliantly BUT when you pay it is full of bugs. When you create an even day and then click to preview or email it, all the agenda topics are replaced by the words 'item notes' on each line so all in all pretty useless! Shame as it's the best if it worked.....
