Out standing soft ware
I’m loving Simple salons, Iv been with them for more than 14 years and loving the software updates and what it allows me to do. Great for our business so I highly recommend🤩
Needs work
One of the main issues I’m having is when you go to enter client comments the text box is hidden by the keyboard, can’t see what you’re writing nor can you save what you’ve entered

Much better with this update. Trying to use the web version on my phone was a nightmare.

As a salon owner I would like to see the salon totals for individual stylists, so I can track it when not in salon. And I constantly have to log in on the phone app- very annoying
Why
I’ve been using simple salon for years and have been really happy until now. The app worked gr8 until a week ago and now I can’t even open it on my phone. It’s fine if I log in online but not so easy from a smallish phone.
Constantly crashes
I love being able to set appointments and see my daily schedule but anytime I try to edit an appointment or look at a client's history, it crashes and closes. Would love to see that problem fixed, otherwise it is fairly useless.

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns. Hopefully you will not experience any of these issues with the latest version—3.1.8—which has more advanced features than the 2.9.9 version you were using. Setting appointments and monitoring your daily schedule is easier than ever with the current Simple Salon.
Can’t book clients in
Great app just wish u could delete and add clients appointment in on my phone would make it a lot easier. The plus button doesn’t work just shuts the app done and same when I click on an available spot to book someone in.
Is slowly getting better
We use SS through a browser on an iPad which is okay, but the UI isn’t as strong as what it is on PC/Desktop.
This app has the potential to be better and more functional than the SS browser UI, but development has been slow.
Hopefully POS integration is in the next update then we can ditch the browser version for day to day use.

Needs Updating
Great app for being about to check availability on the go HOWEVER it definitely needs some features added.

Once again disappointed
I got a text msg saying try our new app from simple salon, I got really excited seeing that the last version was terrible and had to delete it and use a web browser. Once again I was disappointed, it's definitely looked sleeker but I can't even put an appointment in!!!!??? I hope I'm the near future we can see some major improvements.

The online program is great! I hope the app will have the same features soon, would be fantastic if we could book appointments quick and easy through the app.
Useless App
I use simple salon for my salon software. When you log in on a large computer screen this software is great, however this app for your phone use useless. I have paid for 3 columns and 1 of my staff members shows but It only shows her day as rostered off but the other 2 columns you can see the clients. This app only lets you see what's booked in. You can book anyone in off your phone or edit anything. And the main thing that annoys me is that you have to click on the staff member individually to see what's booked in. It doesn't show up with the 3 columns to view at the same time.
Please redo this app so it has more features.

Works fine
Works fine only wish I could see more detailed reports & that it was a bit more like the computer layout but this is a good app, probably have online bookings off btw lady above me
Terrible
You can't even book an appointment from this app. All you can do is see your bookings on the same day, not in advanced. The software is great, app is terrible
Simple salon app
I hated this app you can't see the appointment page like you normally do so it is really heard to make appointments . I just got to try and use it the other way in safary
