Simple Theater

Simple Theater is a clean, native iPhone and iPad player for the movies and shows on your own Plex Media Server. Sign in with your Plex account, pick a server, and watch. Simple Theater shows only your personal video libraries: no ads, no subscriptions, no extra channels, and no account of its own. • Native playback with Direct Play, Direct Stream and server conversion • Audio and subtitle choices, playback speed and quality settings • Continue Watching and Recently Added from your server • Downloads for offline viewing, when your server allows them • Smart Downloads keep the next episodes of a show ready • Watch progress syncs back to your server • Picture in Picture and AirPlay • Built for iPhone Duo: a full player when folded, a wider layout when open, and a tabletop control deck when half folded • Hide libraries you don't want to see Optional tips in Settings support the developer and unlock nothing. Requires a Plex Media Server and a Plex account; your server's sharing and download permissions always apply. Simple Theater is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Plex. Plex and Plex Media Server are trademarks of Plex and used under a license.
