If your building uses this just move
Horrible app, no explanation to the posted charges which are often wayyyy over average. Then they will charge you a buttload on your final month. The app and service is by far the worst I’ve experienced during any lease. They will take advantage of you however they can. In other words, a total scam.

False charges and made up bill estimates
This app is horrendous it’s anything but simple. They take $66 Dollars as a service fee for one year, they start making app random numbers with graphs that are absolutely not based in reality, anyone with basic understanding of graphs can see that, they don’t post usage, just what number they decide that you owe.

Utility bills
I have to use this system for my college property and it’s the worse. Bills piles up fast, and at times their system won’t take my payment they forge the owed money to my property which adds a 50 fee to my already payment…they don’t allow you to fix the glitch or anything costumer service is no help. Just pure scam service college properties use to scam their tenants.

Overcharging is their favorite
Just recently, me and my 3 roommates were gone for the entirety of December excluding a few days but the price of our bill only lowered 5 dollars. Everything was unplugged and unused and our answer that we got for this was just that they practically didn’t know. So unless someone decided to live in our apartment while we were gone, their “per unit” utility chargers are definitely not accurate and the truth is not being said.
