Great app and great program
As the title says: it’s simple. Wish the app was update to integrate with Strava but otherwise it’s a great app and great workout.
Fundamental elements broken
Timer pauses when screen is off and phone is locked. This makes it useless unless you disable screen off.
Love the workout...app is lacking
I would gladly pay a couple bucks for the app because the workout is so good! The apps interface is simple which matches the simple concept of the workout.
There still seems to be some glitches with the app though...
-crashes on an iPhone 4
-can't advance to next level
-would like it to keep track of how many rounds for day 1 completed (like the website does)
- for day 2 workout, would like to be able to skip/shorten the rest time rather than have to wait the full 3 minutes.
-would love to see a version for iPad.
