SimpleHRT is a private place to keep on top of your HRT. Gentle reminders for every dose, a calm record of what you've taken, and nothing leaves your phone unless you send it there yourself. Every kind of dose Patches, gels, capsules, tablets, sprays and injections - each with its own schedule, colour and reminder. Schedules that match real prescriptions Cycle-based ("day 1 to 14 of 28") or simply repeating ("every morning at eight"). A nudge when a dose is due, then quiet. Satisfying ticks Tap a dose to mark it taken. A calm timeline shows what's done and what's next - for when 3pm-you doubts 8am-you changed the patch. Pull down to bring back the days behind you, a week at a time, and catch up on anything you forgot to tick off. Discreet by default Turn on discreet notifications and your reminders read "You have a reminder" instead of naming what's due. Anyone glancing at your lock screen learns nothing at all. Optional period tracking Log flow and notes alongside your doses and see everything on one calendar. Or turn it off and never see it again. Face ID lock Lock the app behind Face ID or your passcode, so your health information stays yours even when someone borrows your phone. Your data, exportable Take a copy whenever you want: your dose history and period log save as spreadsheet-friendly CSV files, created on your phone and handed to the share sheet. Keep them, mail them to yourself, or take them to an appointment. Nothing is uploaded - where the file goes is your decision. On your phone, full stop No account, no cloud, no servers, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party code. Your schedules, history and notes are stored only on your device - the developer couldn't look at them if she wanted to. Delete the app and they're gone. Reminders are ordinary local notifications, generated on your phone by iOS. The only way anything leaves is if you export it yourself, and then only to wherever you choose to send it. Made for anyone on hormone replacement therapy - whether that's oestrogen patches and progesterone capsules for menopause, gender-affirming hormone therapy, or any other prescription that needs taking on a schedule that's easy to lose track of. SimpleHRT is a tracker, not a doctor. It never gives medical advice - your prescription and your clinician stay in charge; the app just helps you follow the plan.
