Good but unintuitive/wont remember exercises

This is a great, simple app but I have had the following issues.

1) it doesnt seem able to remember the exercises I will do for a workout. For example I can create a workout called “Upper body” but everytime i add the workout “upper body” I have to manually add my exercises. What is the point of a workout called upper body when I have to manually add the exercises every time? Please make a way to add exercises to a workout and save them to a workout so it can be easily added without manually adding each exercise every time

2) sometimes it seems to not have a previous record of the last time I did the exercise. Sometimes it does. The main point of the app is to be able to beat myself the last time I lifted in terms of either reps or weight lifted.

I just want to be able to easily repeat a workout and beat whatever I tried to lift previously, maybe i should just switch to a spreadsheet :(

Solid workout app

Simple lift is a user friendly app and is great for keeping track of my workouts. If you’re expecting tons of features this isn’t the app for you, but it has everything necessary to track your workouts easily.

Good Free App

Simple app but does what I need it to do.

Response from developer

We're currently looking into this issue and will have a solution soon.

Not enough workouts

Great app for tracking. There’s not enough workouts listed. Only 1 tricep workout under the arms category. *edit- dev responded. +1 star since dev is active and takes constructive feedback.

Response from developer

Sorry to hear that -- we're working on adding more exercises to our preloaded exercise list. You also have the option of creating your own exercises in the "Your Exercises" section of the app.
