Potentially great, currently meh

I’m trying really hard to like this, but it’s so confusing for no reason. I put a checkmark next to my 1st superset with no problem. I try to click the checkmark next to the second superset, and the app just made my phone shake, but didn’t say what the problem was. Also, you can’t replace an exercise during your workout? I might be missing something, but if those things were fixed (maybe an in app tutorial?) this would be great. It just isn’t there yet

Help?

How does the one rep max system work I have 435 as my max deadlift and It has me doing 140 for 3 reps am I doing something wrong

Nice concept poor execution

App looks nice however it has you enter a one rep max then seems to completely ignore that when calculating your lifts in a workout.

Seems like a great app but I’m confused

I’m new to lifting and this app seems like exactly what I’m looking for. However, I’m confused on the weight measurements. I put my 1RM for bench press as 175 pounds and its saying that I should be lifting 55lbs at a time? Is this the measurement per side or total? It just seemed really low, maybe I’m thinking about it wrong? Any clarification would be so helpful, thank you in advance.

Great app. Love it!

The app is really convenient for keeping track of workout progress. Nice and easy to set up workouts and enter weight, sets and reps. It is the training app I’ve been looking for :) recommend
