Badly designed, hasn’t been updated in three years
They should stop selling this product if they can’t bother to update the crappy app. It barely works as is, but most of the functions listed in the manual don’t exist. Can’t do simple things like rename a sensor.
When I wanted to add a sensor, I had to delete everything and start all over with all of the sensors because of crappy programming.

Hardware is good and app is poor and not maintained
Happy with the hardware. Which seems to be better quality than average. However, the iOS app significantly lags. It’s not been updated in two years and has several problems.
Setting up several sensors, in addition to the existing sensors is a nightmare, where frequently have to erase all of these sensors and start all over.
Problem today, it sends a pair of “leak detected” and “leak resolved” messages every minute nonstop to my email.
I think it’s due to humidity because there’s no water on the floor but obviously there is no buffer at the setpoint for the humidity. There’s also no logic to keep it from sending a new email twice a minute.

Developer is not keeping up to date
Relatively primitive app, but it does send you an alert. Good news is it’s not overly complicated with fake and useless features like some competing products.

Works Great
This helped us catch an air conditioner leak multiple times before it became a big mess. The only thing to make it better would be to have it available for Apple Watch!
Great customer support
I had a minor glitch with my android phone loading the system and the companies’ execs in Oceanside got on the phone and immediately solved the problem. Kudos for a no-fuss product at an excellent price and great customer service.
