If I could give it less than one star
This is the slowest app, doesn’t refresh so I know a reply has been made, and it is generally annoying. Probably hosted in a 3rd world country with a slow internet connection. Lots of steps to send photos. And I’m paying for it!!!

Slow
It takes way too long to load every time. It’s taking almost 30 seconds to a minute just to get into the app, then another 20 seconds after clicking on a text before I can actually see the conversation.
Not App Friendly
We pay way to much a month and in overages for this service to not load, glitch, stall, freeze 90% of the time we try to open the app on the phone. It will not upload any unread messages when it has notifications we have unread messages. If you plan on using this use from a computer only.
Frequent app glitching
I am using this app to communicate with clients for work, but the app is frequently frozen, shuts down, and has issues with sending texts.

It’s too slow on the mobile app. Takes a very long time to add a photo and send it to the other person.

Scam practices
Be very cautious in your sign up for this app. They proceed to auto upgrade your plan and bill endlessly. Additionally, canceling is an extremely tough process. My account never worked in Canada, and because of this I was unable to access it to cancel it. It’s obvious how difficult they make it to cancel. Signs of a bad product.

Best SMS solution for business
We have tried several different SMS platforms. SimpleTexting is the absolute best. It’s perfect for our business needs!
It‘s okay so far I guess.
You cannot log into the app with Google, it just opens the browser signs you in there. I'll keep checking it out though.

They wouldn’t register my account because my email name wasn’t to their liking🤷🏻♂️

This app is super unprofessional with response time and then they make you need so much information that I wish I knew upfront and then I probably wouldn’t have wasted 3 weeks with this app . Just to hear they can’t approve my application. Waste of time

Not giving us our numbers
We have used simple texting for years and the bigger we became the worse (and significantly more expensive) the experience was. As a non profit we cannot have expenses like that so we had to choose alternative platforms. Unfortunately, simple texting has been playing games with our phone numbers for a month now — holding them hostage and only pretending to help us port them away. Very disappointed — the more people I talk to say they experienced the same thing with simple texting and trying to leave was a nightmare. Not the smooth experience it should be. DO NOT recommend for non profits.

App is a bit funky, notifications are problematic
To be fair, I’m not using this for blast marketing. But just using it for interacting with the customers has been a little funky compared to normal texting. Maybe the app needs some revising/help. I seem to get notifications a little late, even though everything is turned on on my settings. The audible notification doesn’t seem to happen. I think this is really more designed for sending out mass texts instead of direct interaction with customers. When I do look at a customer’s text I get the persistent notification problem that I’ve experienced with other apps like Instagram, etc where it doesn’t go away.
**Update I just lowered it to two stars from three because it’s so frustrating. If I’m having a conversation with a customer, it doesn’t update to show new messages. I have to literally close the app and reopen to see the new message.

It’s just bad. Too many bugs.
This app never loads
We have been using Simple Texting for acouple months now and this app is the worst experience we have ever had with an App. The app fails to loads and takes multiple refreshes for it to load. App will error out once loaded or crash after use.
