The worse company
They definitely lied on they star ratings it’s definitely one star they took my money and then suspended my subscription and now they won’t answer the phone try simple text or another platform that’s not connected to them .

app is good, ability to send text is good, like all the features.
Great for my business
This app is great for managing my account. It’s nice to be able to send campaigns for my business without needing to go on the site. The new ui looks great too.
App Needs Work
When someone sends me a photo or video on the app, it says “Download”, but doesn’t download. The only way to view these images and videos is to login on a computer. Not simple or fun.
Scamtext
This company is a scam we sent out text message using their "service" none of our clients even got the text message
Then we get these afterthought charges that are "carrier charges" and this is more fuzzy coming from New York City
