Este ELD tiene fallos críticos que causan problemas graves con tus Horas de Servicio (HOS) y el DOT. Mi aplicación se quedó pegada en estado de 'Conducir' por 3 días, arruinando por completo mi registro y obligándome a ingresar cada una de las ubicaciones manualmente. Cuando solicité una carta de soporte, las representantes María y Francy no cooperaron y se negaron a enviar una carta oficial aceptando que su sistema ELD falló. Esta falta de apoyo deja a los conductores haciendo doble trabajo y expuestos a multas severas del DOT debido a errores del software).

Worst elog ever
Ban this app they are horrible
Not even a legal logbook
The logs are in the fmcsa banned list. And sadly they didn’t even use their own program they use gorilla logs and put their name on it.
Bad logs not editable
I failed to clock out and didn’t notice for 24 hrs. As the owner of the authority I should have access to fix this but there is no way to fix it. I called for help was told it can’t be fixed.
Am I supposed to believe this system has no way to correct errors? Makes it pretty useless. I want a full and complete refund.

Worst app for ELD
App starts recording you on duty when you start driving wether you login / go on duty or not ¡ but when you stop driving the on duty keeps going and literally never stops unless you stop it . So basically you have to always check it or you will log in and have been on duty 40 hours ; also technical support is always busy and you are told they will call you back but they very rarely do so don’t wait on it , you have to keep trying sometimes for hours to get some one , …….

Improve the app
On the dashboard you don’t have important information like inspection it doesn’t even show you what your log chart, the whole point being automating the paper log provided by fmcsa guidelines .
If you signed and find out you made a mistake good luck fixing it it’s like you’re word against you, On touch screen device where your finger can touch any buttons an intentionally.
The one good thing I could mention is when you stop for 10 hr it counts down but when you stop for 34 hr it counts down to 10 and stops at now you don’t know how many our you stopped or how many hrs left to complete the 34.
You really need to renew your app this one is a headache.
