Your website sucks
Your website sucks. It tricked me into making a second order after I thought I had completed my first order. You made it look like I was getting a discount. It’s too easy to simply slide the lever and make a second order to easily by accident.

Easy Peasy
We switched to Simpli Soda from another company. Simpli Soda makes it easy to get refills. The have always responded to my emails quickly to resolve my issues. The app is easy to use as well.

Can’t login or anything else.
Crash crash trash!
Don’t waste your time. Regardless of the service SimpliSafe provides, the app is garbage. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get it set up. Three attempted “passwordless login” emails later (which all take 5 minutes to arrive) only to have the app crash 3 times while trying to set up my first order. Did they have Ai slip create this app?

Surcharge for bottles not returned
I was charged for not completing a process within a month, the company should not dictate a time frame for returns as we have them 2 bottles at the beginning that could serve as a deposit. Not happy cancelling the service
Simply doesn’t work
I tried installing on an iphone, ipad & android device. After filling in my personal information the app freezes and won’t move on to payment. I see from the reviews that many others have experienced this same issue. We go through a lot of CO2 in my house and I would love to save some money by using the app but it simply does not work.

Save a Buck
Great service! I keep 3 cylinders, so I can exchange two at a time and not feel rushed on the third. The app saves you a buck per cylinder. I figure after 1000 cylinders, my iPhone will have paid for itself.

I started out without trade in bottles, Simpli Soda made the exception so I could have bottles on my second order. On my second order it was delivered to the wrong address (somewhere). Simpli Soda sent a second pair of bottles. There was a bit confusion since my empties arrived before I received my second order. They reviewed it and agreed I had filled my obligation. Now I’m making my third order. I expect it to all be smooth.
