Glitchy frustrating app
I never leave reviews - however I felt after our frustrating experience of using this as part of our house purchase process it needed to be done.
My partner had to attempt this 4 times on his phone before success - it crashed 3 times and logged him out after trying to take pictures.
When I used on my phone, I completed up until the Live Photo confirmation. Clicked on this and it crashed and I had to start all over again.
When I attempted the 2nd time - each time I tried to take a picture of my passport or driving ID the top circles to adjust the picture would disappear off screen. I gave up adjusting it in the end.
I hope I don’t have to use this app ever again.
Please review the glitches so others don’t have to experience this and waste their valuable time.
